Requirements
- +5 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, or similar roles
- Experience managing the full procurement lifecycle, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and performance management
- Solid background in working within financial services or other highly regulated industries
- Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining focus on outcomes and organizational goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication, and mutual value creation
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation, while ensuring alignment with shifting organizational priorities
- Ensure that all supplier agreements and activities adhere to the relevant financial industry regulations, including risk management and compliance protocols
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth integration of technology solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements
- Identify opportunities to optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and enhance procurement processes, while maintaining focus on achieving organizational objectives and outcomes
- Demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to changing business conditions, market dynamics, and evolving regulatory requirements. Flexibility in adjusting strategies and plans is crucial in responding to organizational shifts or emerging challenges
- Drive a results-oriented approach to supplier performance, with a clear focus on achieving both short-term goals and long-term strategic outcomes. Take initiative to ensure objectives are met, while continuously improving supplier relationships and processes
- Monitor and mitigate potential risks within the supplier base, ensuring continuity of services, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations

Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in stakeholder management, supplier management, procurement, and contract negotiations, ideally within a technology-driven environment and in financial regulated organizations
