Support Engineer - Internship

Requirements

• Completed a degree with a specialization in IT or a related field
• 6-month internship onsite in Zurich
• Microsoft MS-900 certification, or willingness to obtain it
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in IT operations and work characterized by cleanliness, structure, and reliability
• Natural flair for IT and excel in developing and documenting structured technical processes
• Excellent collaboration skills within IT teams and across business units
• Business fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Provide user support via phone, email, and walk-in
• Solve hardware and software problems
• Oversee the IT support service
• Collaborate with external service providers
• Optimize processes within your specified area of responsibility
• Set up new devices and help with the onboarding of new Climeworkers
