Join m360 Research as a Survey Programmer in Bangalore, India, and contribute to market research excellence by programming screeners of low to medium complexity against client materials. As a contributor to overall department efficiency, you will adhere to current best practices and work independently after initial training.

Requirements

• Minimum two years hands-on programming experience on any survey programming platform
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (IT), B. Tech (IT), M. SC (IT), Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent
• Exceptional ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills, including an ability to ‘think outside the box’

Responsibilities

• Maintain full responsibility for online survey development and related tasks
• Thorough review of client materials and preparation of queries in a timely manner
• End-to-end high-quality programming on M3’s proprietary qualitative programming platform
• Strong understanding of screener flow supported by previous programming experience on any platform
• Formulation of recommendations to ensure efficient programming and optimal data layout
• Identification and contribution to implementation of workarounds to address programming challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Decipher/ or ConfirmIT
• Market research experience (preferably with healthcare surveys)
