Join our team as a highly driven sales leader to head our North American sales team of over 90,000 customers across various segments. Reporting to the EVP, you will be a key member of the Americas leadership team, responsible for leading sales engagement and fostering strong internal and external partnerships. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling and transforming sales teams, leveraging innovative technologies, and driving customer-centric growth. You will champion close working relationships and partnership with internal and external partners to ensure the sales organization's efficient operation and success and will lead teams through technology and process transformation. Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale sales organizations in both Enterprise and Mid-Market environments, achieving significant revenue growth and market expansion in the communications technology segment
- Experience in driving sales technology and tooling transformations, with a deep understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies
- Strong analytical approach, proficient in using data and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams to deliver outstanding results across diverse customer segments
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within a sales organization
- Customer-centric approach, with a demonstrated commitment to understanding and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and establish relationships at all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Lead the North America Sales organization supporting over 90,000 customers; aligned to enterprise, mid-markets and SMB customer segments
- Identify, secure and maximize growth potential of new customers
- Scale and transform sales team performance across both enterprise and mid-market segments
- Lead sales teams through sales technology and tools transformation and adoption
- Serve as a strong analytical problem solver, using data and tooling to drive decision-making
- Adopt robust sales processes using best in class and innovative sales leadership practices to drive growth in upsell, cross sell and new logo (AI experience a plus)
- Inspire and motivate the team across all segments
- Act as a customer centric leader who puts the customer at the heart of the decisions
- Drive alignment across the organization both domestically and globally
