Requirements
- Develop and implement enterprise governance, risk, and compliance strategy and solutions
- Experience in linux/unix enviroment
- Security project management and planning
- Prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to needed changes
- Understand different types of technologies Windows, Linux, Cloud, Active Directory, Sailpoint, Cyberark, Splunk, DLP, SNOW
- Strong reporting skills in PowerBI, Excel
- Scripting skills in powershell
- 1 year of experience
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess risks related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) and implement effective remediation strategies to mitigate these risks
- Define/collaborate in the creation/modification of processes, provide recommendations and define standards to improve efficiency opportunities within new team dedicated to identity management, following the IAM Policies and best practices
- Help guide compliance by generating periodic orphan account reports and work with application teams on appropriate remediation
- Work closely with various global IT, Security, HR teams to facilitate evolving access requirements
- Identify and drive remediation of data quality issues with appropriate partners that impact performance and functionality for our PAM & IDM Systems for e.g. HR data quality issues, missing glossary, missing owners, providing support to the support groups in any impacts generated by any IAM Remediation
- Monitor and review account lifecycle management operations and tasks and identifying inconsistencies
- Collaborate with Infra Ops team to co-ordinate necessary CAB approvals for changes/enhancements to systems
- Author and edit content on our internal confluence site
- Responsible in the creation of Scripts/reports using PowerShell for windows Active Directory, Root/Centrify for Linux/Unix and SPL (Splunk Language) queries, search and Dashboard creation into Splunk for Identity Threat Detect and response, in conjunction with the SIEM Team
