Requirements

  • Microsoft 365 - Level 3 experience in EOL, Teams, SharePoint etc
  • Intune
  • Kandji
  • Advanced Windows 11 troubleshooting
  • MACOS familiarity
  • Entra ID, Active Directory
  • DNS, DHCP
  • VPN, LAN, Wireless
  • PowerShell & scripting
  • Ability to work on problems of diverse scope
  • Min of 3+ years experience in a similar role and environment

Responsibilities

  • Support Datacom's technical infrastructure including corporate hardware and software as well as providing corporate systems for the Datacom Business
  • This role primarily performs support activities in our corporate Production Environment, including responsibility for infrastructure changes following formal change control process
  • You will also assist with Priority incidents and internal projects as opportunities present themselves
