Summary

Join Workleap's Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor! You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for key roles across various departments. Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, particularly in software development, product, marketing, and design. Lead the recruitment process from job postings to offer management, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Analyze recruitment data to optimize strategies and collaborate on projects to improve processes. This role requires 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with technical roles, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Workleap offers a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Around 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally including technical roles; a background combining agency and in-house experience is a strong asset
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a dynamic environment, while balancing quality and speed
  • A solid understanding of software development roles and key profiles in product-led companies (product management, design, etc.)
  • Strong ability and proven experience collaborating with hiring managers across varying levels of seniority and recruitment knowledge
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and priority management skills
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or a similar tool)
  • Comfort working in both French and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by deeply understanding their needs, defining target profiles, and recommending the best recruitment approaches
  • Develop and deploy proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent, especially for technical and product roles
  • Lead the entire recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, coordination, feedback, and offer management
  • Provide a smooth, professional candidate experience that aligns with our employer brand
  • Analyze recruitment data (pipeline, time-to-fill, acceptance rates, etc.) to adjust approaches and improve efficiency
  • Work closely with internal teams involved in the process, such as compensation, HRBPs, and the legal team
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment tools, processes, and practices
  • Be accountable for the quality of hires while maintaining a steady pace to fill strategic roles
  • Collaborate on various projects aimed at improving the candidate experience and/or recruitment process: tools, processes, employer branding, etc
