Summary
Join Synthesia's Talent Acquisition team as a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner and play a key role in scaling our product, R&D, and engineering departments. You will own end-to-end hiring for crucial roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top-tier technical talent. Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and enhance our employer brand. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape our hiring processes and contribute to Synthesia's continued growth. Requirements
- Proven track record hiring exceptional technical talent for organisations with a high hiring bar
- A few years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, either in-house or at an agency
- Strong technical understanding to engage meaningfully with both hiring managers and candidates
- Demonstrated ability to refine recruitment processes
- Creative sourcing skills for uncovering hard-to-find talent
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings
- Passion for delivering an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience
- Proven ability to leverage data and metrics to continually refine recruitment strategies and drive informed hiring decisions
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for key roles such as Fullstack Engineers, Product Managers, and AI Researchers
- Lead processes from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Ensure a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers
- Leverage data-driven insights
- Refine recruitment strategies
