Requirements

  • Proven track record hiring exceptional technical talent for organisations with a high hiring bar
  • A few years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, either in-house or at an agency
  • Strong technical understanding to engage meaningfully with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to refine recruitment processes
  • Creative sourcing skills for uncovering hard-to-find talent
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience
  • Proven ability to leverage data and metrics to continually refine recruitment strategies and drive informed hiring decisions

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end hiring for key roles such as Fullstack Engineers, Product Managers, and AI Researchers
  • Lead processes from sourcing to offer acceptance
