Join Halcyon, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience. You will be responsible for managing the recruiting process, maintaining accurate candidate records, drafting job descriptions, coordinating offers, and collaborating with various teams. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar administrative role, experience with an ATS like Greenhouse, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with secure data handling. The base salary range is $70,000-$100,000, with potential for additional bonuses and incentives.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar administrative role (startup or cybersecurity experience is a plus)
- Experience working with an ATS like Greenhouse, or similar tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; youβre calm and clear even when priorities shift
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a high level of professionalism
- Familiarity with secure data handling and confidentiality requirements
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-trust, and mission-critical environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all interviews across multiple time zones with speed and accuracy
- Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse
- Draft, edit, and publish job descriptions across multiple channels; help maintain alignment with our employer brand
- Prepare offer letters, coordinate approvals, and assist with onboarding logistics
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and people operations to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks. Occasionally support onboarding practices and documentation
