The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, along with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of director-level experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on architect, healthcare, or engineering requisitions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Excellent knowledge of modern recruitment techniques, tools, and technologies
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using recruitment metrics to drive performance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s growth and business objectives
  • Drive innovative recruitment solutions to attract top talent across architect, healthcare, and engineering domains
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the TA team to achieve and exceed hiring targets
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies, universities, and industry networks to expand talent pipelines
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and drive data-informed decisions
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, diversity and inclusion standards, and employment laws
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into the TA process
