Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, leading and mentoring the TA team, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, along with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of director-level experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on architect, healthcare, or engineering requisitions
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent knowledge of modern recruitment techniques, tools, and technologies
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in using recruitment metrics to drive performance
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s growth and business objectives
- Drive innovative recruitment solutions to attract top talent across architect, healthcare, and engineering domains
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the TA team to achieve and exceed hiring targets
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
- Build strong relationships with external agencies, universities, and industry networks to expand talent pipelines
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and drive data-informed decisions
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, diversity and inclusion standards, and employment laws
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into the TA process
