Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a talent acquisition role with a focus on R&D positions and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to: Build relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers across all levels of the organization
  • Strong ability to: Leverage analytics and reporting to provide updates on a recurring basis
  • Strong ability to: Develop and execute new recruitment strategies while managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Strong ability to: Manage competing priorities and stakeholders in a continuously evolving environment
  • Deep understanding of hiring practices in our industry and/or the R&D function and what makes a candidate successful in these roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English in order to collaborate globally

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of the recruitment process for R&D positions globally. This includes developing compelling job descriptions to sourcing, screening, managing the interview process and extending offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with R&D Leadership to deeply understand their hiring needs, organizational goals, and team dynamics
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the R&D function, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline management
  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment and interview processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and alignment with company goals
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies and attract high-caliber candidates
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Director of TA and R&D Leadership on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges
  • Work closely with the global HR team to ensure a cohesive approach to talent acquisition and integration with broader HR initiatives and onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring globally and within a technology company
  • Advanced degrees and HR certifications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
