Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting for technical roles, with a focus on the APAC region
- Strong experience in sourcing candidates using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
- Proficiency in using the Greenhouse recruiting platform
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a well-equipped home office setup
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles across the globe, focusing on the APAC region
- Utilize various platforms and tools to identify and attract top talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
- Leverage the Greenhouse recruiting platform to maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring positive candidate experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
