Summary

The job is for a Talent Acquisition Lead at Zen Educate, a technology company that helps schools find teaching staff. The role involves supporting the team in achieving their monthly target of teachers signed up and verified for placement in schools, overseeing and coordinating daily operations, providing training and support to the Operations Team, identifying opportunities for process optimization, collaborating with other teams, maintaining accurate records, and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or team leadership roles
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable with technology including Google suite

Responsibilities

• Support the team in achieving their monthly target of teachers signed up and verified for placement in schools
• Oversee and coordinate daily operations
• Provide training and support to the Operations Team
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance productivity and operational quality
• Collaborate seamlessly across commercial and operational teams to foster synergy and streamline processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational processes, procedures, and best practices, focusing on long term scalability
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business needs and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing a sales/recruiting/customer support team
• University degree
• Strong knowledge of the US education sector
• Formal qualifications
