Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or team leadership roles
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable with technology including Google suite

Responsibilities

• Support the team in achieving their monthly target of teachers signed up and verified for placement in schools
• Oversee and coordinate daily operations
• Provide training and support to the Operations Team
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance productivity and operational quality
• Collaborate seamlessly across commercial and operational teams to foster synergy and streamline processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational processes, procedures, and best practices, focusing on long term scalability
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business needs and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing a sales/recruiting/customer support team
• University degree
• Strong knowledge of the US education sector
• Formal qualifications
