Key responsibilities include managing the TA Ops Service Desk, ensuring data hygiene, managing the knowledge base, coordinating training schedules, overseeing compliance and access management, and enabling tooling. The ideal candidate possesses strong operational, HR, or recruiting support experience, along with excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Requirements
- Be a systems, tooling and process wiz with experience building automations managing data, and managing projects
- Have proven experience in operations, human resources, or recruiting support roles
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Have proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and data management tools
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Have an analytical mindset with experience in data auditing and reporting
- Have a proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced, global work environment
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for our recruiting team to intake, distribute and action requests
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of recruiting data across systems, including the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other platforms. Conduct regular audits to uphold data quality and compliance
- Build, maintain, and update the Talent Acquisition knowledge base to ensure recruiters and stakeholders have access to the latest tools, guidelines, and best practices
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback
- Monitor compliance requirements, manage access permissions for recruiting tools, and ensure adherence to data privacy and security policies
- Collaborate with TA Specialists to implement and optimize recruiting tools and technologies. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and training on new tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Have Ashby experience
- Have experience in managing knowledge bases or similar documentation systems
