Requirements

• Experience administering and managing applicant tracking systems
• Passion for data management, data hygiene and reporting (Google Suite or MS Office)
• Process Improvement Mindset: Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical teams
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Passion for Talent Acquisition: A genuine interest in talent acquisition and a desire to contribute to a positive candidate experience
• Good English language skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other recruitment technologies
• Manage new configurations and system updates to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical operations support to the talent acquisition leadership and project management team
• Lead system data hygiene initiatives to ensure accurate, reliable data that drives meaningful business insights
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in talent acquisition technologies
• Research and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance our recruitment processes
• Collaborate with IT and HR systems teams to integrate and optimize our technology landscape
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recruitment workflows using technology
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in our recruitment processes
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure technology is effectively utilized throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Ensure data integrity within the ATS and other talent acquisition databases
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key recruitment metrics, providing insights to stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our recruitment processes
• Create and deliver training materials and videos for recruiters and hiring managers to optimize their use of talent acquisition systems for maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure adoption of new technologies and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for creating learning videos
