Join Playson as a Talent Acquisition Partner and contribute to the growth of a leading iGaming company. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on commercial roles such as Sales, Account Management, and Executive positions. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the iGaming sector. You will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, source and screen candidates, and build relationships with hiring managers. Requirements
- At least 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with experience in the iGaming sector
- Preferably experienced in hiring for Sales, Account Management, and Executive-level roles
- You understand recruitment is a mix of sales and strategy and are comfortable with both giving and receiving feedback
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable personality
- Comfortable with technical requirements and recruitment automation tools (experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiBob, etc., is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for details
- At least Upper-Intermediate level or higher English Proficiency

- Identify and hire top talent globally
- Develop and execute tailored talent acquisition strategies
- Efficiently identify top talent, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates
- Represent Playsonβs culture and values compellingly to potential hires
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing expertise in hiring best practices
- Focus on hiring for Commercial roles such as Sales, Account Managers, and Executive positions
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously enhance processes for efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
A high proficiency in Portuguese
