Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on global recruitment in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Experience recruiting in APAC, EMEA, and NOAM
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across different regions
  • Attract passive and active candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process
  • Promote our employer brand through social media and other channels, positioning Zone & Co. as a top employer in the SaaS space
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize the hiring processes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with global employment laws and regulations, particularly in regions where Zone & Co. operates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs by fostering relationships with potential candidates and industry networks
  • Leverage recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
