Summary

The job is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on US Healthcare recruitment at MedCore Solutions. The role involves managing the full cycle recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building relationships with healthcare professionals. The work schedule is from Mondays - Fridays 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine time (8 hours/day; 40 hours/week) starting from September 30, 2024. A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on US healthcare, is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on US healthcare
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape and the various roles within it
• Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Experience using Workable is a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions in the US
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for healthcare roles
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes with clients
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
