Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary

The job description is for two Talent Acquisition Specialists (Recruiters) in Customer Operations at Clipboard Health. They will manage the recruitment process, report on metrics, collaborate with hiring managers, and be evaluated based on their impact on hiring, ownership of hiring pipelines, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3+ yrs of experience recruiting for fast-growing companies
• Experience managing and engaging large volumes of candidates efficiently
• Advanced screening capabilities to evaluate skills and cultural alignment
• Experience sourcing candidates across different locations

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening them using various methods, leading candidates throughout the hiring process, offering and closing with hiring managers
• Report on metrics to Managers and Directors, using data to inform decisions and improvements
• Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to refine your understanding of their needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Customer Operations roles (Billing, Support Agents, etc.)
• Experience designing and improving hiring processes and assessments
• Experience working in a globally distributed organization
• Experience using Greenhouse (job setup, metrics, managing large volumes of candidates)

Benefits

• The salary range for this role is $30,000-$50,000, paid biweekly in USD. The final offer will be decided based on experience, location and performance in the hiring process
