Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience within the tech space
  • Experience with recruitment in US & Canada; India recruitment a plus
  • Use of data analytics to drive decision making; uses data-driven approach
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Maintain a positive and β€œcan do” attitude; seeks continuous improvement and development opportunities
  • Demonstrate a spirit of cooperation and collaboration
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team

  • Travel - up to 10%
  • Position requires sitting or standing at a desk in front of a computer for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to sit in a meeting for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to travel commercially by airplane or car
  • Ability to lift 5-10 lbs. as part of travel or normal office work
  • Position requires use of a keyboard/mouse or other devices as needed to fulfill position responsibilities
  • Required to communicate via telephone and/or video teleconference

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategy, job advertisements, basic qualification questions, interview panel and structure
  • Perform recruiting functions including but not limited to: job posting, sourcing, and screening
  • Execute on recruiting strategies
  • Foster a positive candidate experience from initial reach out to close
  • Directly source talent according to relevant job criteria, using proven methods, such as networking, job boards, social media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals and in-house pipeline
  • Identify and recommend recruitment strategies that will attract and source quality candidates by considering the most relevant job boards and advertising methods (while maintaining a cost focus)
  • Contribute to build up a talent pipeline and support Hiring Managers and co-workers in their development, according to the business needs
  • Connect with applicants to conduct phone screens or video interviews
  • Inform applicants about company culture, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organization
  • Maintain and create documentation/collateral such as benefits guide, orientation material, talent acquisition process and others
  • Partner with marketing to ensure current talent acquisition information is posted on Company website and intranet
  • Refine an efficient screening and interview process to help the company quickly identify and acquire top talent
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Leverage systems and processes to track and support metrics for internal stakeholders
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Transition new hires to the onboarding phase, sharing onboarding survey and new joiner questionnaire with new hires
  • Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and other state laws
  • Stay current with wage data to determine market competitiveness
  • Share best practices with team and encourage them to adhere to them
