Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program and looking for an apprentice starting in January 2025
• Highly organized, rigorous, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment
• Energetic and excellent in communication, comfortable on telephone and video calls
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus
• Fluent in French and English, comfortable in an international setting

Responsibilities

• Source and Attract Talent: Develop and execute strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, company website)
• Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to boost our employer brand and promote job opportunities
• Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to track sourcing metrics and continuously improve recruitment efforts
• Event Organization: Organize and participate in events such as job fairs, career fairs, and forums to attract top talent
• Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews for intern positions and shadow senior role interviews to gain deeper insights into the recruitment process
• Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process from initial contact to contract signing
