Requirements

  • Possess end-to-end recruiting experience in organizations of varying sizes, including expertise in technical recruitment
  • Demonstrate a strategic and practical approach to attracting and retaining top talent, with proven ability to navigate nuances of hiring for specialized technical roles
  • Exhibit business acumen, including curiosity, proactive research, ability to grasp new technologies, accountability, and thriving in a fast-moving environment
  • Maintain high standards of accountability, prioritize professionalism and respect, be open to feedback and coaching, and demonstrate ability to work respectfully with diverse groups
  • Possess experience nurturing relationships with teams, stakeholders, and vendors; negotiating; influencing without authority; and managing expectations
  • Have exceptional active listening skills and ability to adapt written and verbal communication style for transparency, authenticity, and understanding

Responsibilities

  • Gain insights by participating in client calls and needs analyses to understand client culture, recruitment challenges, and hiring criteria
  • Recruit candidates using social media and sourcing technology, build talent pools, and communicate with candidates
  • Interview candidates, create interview guides, assess candidates for experience and culture fit, conduct reference checks, and leverage AI Interview Intelligence technology
  • Share knowledge by explaining processes, addressing client needs, ensuring transparency, and staying updated on industry trends
  • Report by collaborating with the Business Analyst and Operations team to gather and interpret recruitment data, prepare updates, and contribute to client presentations
  • Make hiring awesome by prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, supporting candidates, and advocating for great talent
  • Assist with internal projects such as knowledge sharing, special client assignments, or contributing to bootcamps and workshops

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating in person or having a restricted personal schedule may not be suitable for this fully remote role
  • If running reports and analyzing data isn’t your thing, the Operations team can assist, but drawing data-based conclusions and recommendations is beneficial
  • Passion for recruitment and driving change and innovation in the industry is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs of the recruitment market and clients is preferred; those needing firm project end dates and predictability might find the pace challenging
  • Comfort with learning new tools, taking initiative, and proactive communication is preferred
  • Ability to handle working with multiple client profiles and a wide range of roles is preferred
