Talent and Culture Intern in Colombia

Summary

Requirements

• Hold a technical or technological degree in human resources or related fields, eligible to sign an apprenticeship contract
• Reside in Medellín and work from Monday to Friday at the office
• Strong interest in talent management, organizational development, and human resources practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Support new employee integration by coordinating welcome kits
• Execute events and activities to promote employee well-being and strengthen company culture
• Provide administrative support to the Talent and Culture team, including Job Descriptions, processes, etc
• Support projects related to organizational culture, workplace environment, diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being
• Provide support in benefits logistics
• Support Safety and Security Team functions
