Talent Development Manager

Summary

Join Fleetio's Talent Development team as their first Program Manager! This individual contributor role is a blend of content creation (50%), project management (30%), and operational support (20%). You will design and deliver engaging learning content, manage talent development programs, and contribute to the overall strategy. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of experience in a related field and excels in communication, planning, and innovation. Requirements

• Demonstrated Expertise: 4+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or a related field, with a strong track record of designing, managing, and evaluating impactful learning programs
• Excel at translating strategic frameworks into actionable plans
• Communicate with a blend of warmth and authority, tailoring your approach to a variety of audiences
• Enjoy talking endlessly about leadership development, adult learning theory, and growth-led performance practices as mediums for innovating in the workplace
• Effectively manage a portfolio of projects across the team
• Be exceptionally organized and have the uncanny ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the necessary stakeholders informed to your progress
• Thrive in fast-paced or startup environments, even when things are a little ambiguous
• Be comfortable using learning tools and platforms like Notion, WorkRamp, Zoom, Slack, ChatGPT, etc
• Be passionate about helping others grow and succeed, and bring a collaborative, creative, and adaptable mindset to every challenge

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, scalable learning content, including live workshops, self-led eLearning, guiding documentation, and toolkits
• Project manage the full suite of Talent Development programs
• Drive organization and accountability as the 2025 Talent Development Strategy is developed and delivered
• Be accountable for key aspects of Talent Programs, including capturing feedback, measuring impact, and identifying areas for improvement
• Facilitate activities or workshops in front of live audiences remotely and in-person
• Develop and/or deliver live facilitations on occasion and effectively manage live audiences
