Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a People function or business operations function
  • Demonstrated proficiency in learning technology and tools

Responsibilities

  • Independently create and manage task and project plans for all talent initiatives
  • Communicate cross-functionally to facilitate timely decision-making and alignment, proactively managing deadlines
  • Manage and maintain the security and integrity of all talent-related technology
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure tools and services support our goals
  • Ensure all talent development activities are aligned with the set budget, tracking spending and working proactively with finance to ensure fiscal responsibility and maximize return on investment
  • Collect, analyze, and report on the employee experience, effectiveness of talent development programs, tech utilization, and budget spend, providing insights into what the data tells us, and suggestions for improvement and optimization
  • Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, including People team and cross functional teams, to align talent development projects and tech tools with our needs
  • Continuously evaluate and refine processes related to talent development projects and technology governance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement to proactively enhance efficiency, maintain security, ensure scalability, and maximize impact

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapts quickly to change. Demonstrates a proactive approach and a strong sense of urgency
  • Takes full responsibility for commitments and has a track record of consistently delivering high quality results and on time
