Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Technical roles in a high-growth tech environment
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers, with strong consultative and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies, assess pipeline health, and make informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent Sword Health’s mission and values to candidates
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting software

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Technical roles, from job scoping and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating, and closing offers
  • Identify and engage diverse talent through creative sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, networking events, talent pools, referrals, and other industry-specific platforms
  • Build strong relationships with Technical leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and drive proactive talent strategies
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth recruitment process
  • Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and approaches
  • Ensure the ATS (Lever) is up to date and current, allowing for accurate reporting and data integrity
