Summary

The Talent Sourcer will contribute to the growth of Amber Labs by finding exceptional consultants and building talent pipelines. They will create job specs, source candidates, conduct screening conversations, provide pre-qualified candidates to recruiters, collaborate with candidates and recruiters, manage talent pool activity, and create a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Create informative and compelling job specs for open positions
• Source and engage with potential and passive candidates through job boards, social media, relationship building and other channels
• Build pipelines of talent for data and digital transformation teams, using Breezy HR to track and maintain talent pools
• Educate external talent about Amber Labs
• Identify and evaluate potential candidates based on profiles, and prequalify them through conducting detailed candidate screening conversations
• Provide pre-qualified candidates to recruiters to interview and progress for open positions
• Collaborate with candidates, recruiters, and internal employees to schedule interviews
• Create a positive candidate experience for talent you engage with, including in the feedback provided to successful and unsuccessful candidates
• Manage talent pool activity and share data-centric updates with recruiters for broader communication with internal stakeholders
