Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific requirements
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and AI sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a professional network
• At least intermediate English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for executive-level roles
• Conduct market research to map talent markets and generate candidate profiles
• Leverage various sourcing channels and tools to identify top talent
• Calibrate candidates with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment
• Participate in client meetings and prepare reports on sourcing progress
• Provide strategic sourcing insights and recommendations to the executive recruiting team
• Advise on process improvements and leverage market data to refine search strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with executive-level candidates
• Proactively develop talent pipelines in specific industries and functions
