Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or sales management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading and coaching sales teams, with demonstrated success in motivating and developing individuals
• Ability to balance individual sales goals with team leadership responsibilities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Conversational level English language skills

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in using Salesforce
