Join Feedzai's Global Talent Acquisition Team as a Tech Recruiter for a 1-year fixed-term contract, focusing on Product and Engineering hiring. Partner with a global team to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing job descriptions to extending offers. Deeply understand role requirements and organizational fit, strategizing talent pipeline building through various methods. Maintain and improve the recruiting process, driving improvements and solving problems using data analysis. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, experience with ATS (ideally Greenhouse), and creative sourcing skills. A bias for action and results-oriented mindset is essential. This contract position offers the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience in a fast-paced organization
  • Experience with ATS (ideally Greenhouse)
  • Creative sourcing skills with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard to fill requisitions
  • Sound candidate engagement approach with the ability to activate passive candidates
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Metric-driven approach for tracking and running a pipeline
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
  • A bias for action and results-oriented mindset, motivated by stretch goals
  • Experienced in building meaningful and trusting relationships with important stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment and candidate experience: develop job descriptions, interview lineups, source candidates, screen resumes, interview candidates, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements, functions, and organizational fit
  • Act as the search expert for these functional teams by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and requirements
  • Strategize multiple methods of building talent pipeline including active searches, passive searches, referral generation, and events/sourcing campaigns
  • Maintain, manage, improve, and scale the recruiting process
  • Drive improvements, solve problems, and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out responsibilities beyond the job
