Summary
Join Reslink as a dynamic Technical Account Executive to spearhead the expansion of our business in the UK market. This role blends technical expertise, strategic account management, and business development to ensure client success and drive growth. You will engage with prospects, communicate Reslink's value proposition, qualify leads, and manage existing accounts to maximize their value. Your ability to translate client feedback into technical requirements will be crucial in shaping our solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, travel to the UK and Finland, and contribute to a cutting-edge field service management platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, Sales Engineer, or Account Manager
- Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships, achieving revenue or upsell targets
- Experience working in SaaS or IT solutions, with a deep understanding of software solutions, APIs, and integration processes
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, solution design, and technical support
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical insights and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a self-driven and proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and training
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Reslink's presence in the UK market
- Proactively engage with prospects to communicate the value proposition of Reslink's platform effectively
- Qualify potential leads, building a strong pipeline to expand Reslink’s customer base in the UK
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are achieving value and success with Reslink’s solutions
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their long-term satisfaction
- Gather and understand business requirements from client feedback, translating them into actionable technical requirements
- Provide clients with technical guidance on product features, integrations, and upgrades
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance solutions, introduce new features, and address specific client challenges
- Act as a technical advisor to both the company and its clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities
