Summary

Join Lightdash as one of the first dedicated Sales hires, building out our GTM team. You will be responsible for running technical demos, building customer relationships, and owning the full sales cycle. As a builder-seller hybrid, you will work directly with the CEO to establish our core sales framework. You will help bring leads from our open-source ecosystem into the sales funnel and provide valuable customer feedback to the product team. This role requires strong analytical and documentation abilities, excellent communication, and experience selling $20k-100k+ ACV deals in a technical B2B startup environment. You will be a key player in shaping our sales strategy and processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical B2B startup sales experience
  • Strong analytical and documentation abilities
  • Excellent communication across technical/business stakeholders
  • You've owned customer relationships in the past, selling $20k-100k+ ACV deals

Responsibilities

  • Help bring leads from our open-source ecosystem into the sales funnel
  • Running product demos on your own without sales engineers
  • Own the full sales cycle while documenting what works to create a scalable process for sales
  • Provide voice-of-customer feedback to product team
  • Contribute to sales collateral for future deals
  • Help test and validate new sales approaches
