Requirements
- Be commercially-minded and excited about growing and retaining revenue
- Possess a strong customer focus and ability to help users and remove blockers to effective PostHog usage
- Be skilled at handling relationships strategically, helping customers achieve their goals, expand usage, and buy more products while saying no to unsuitable customers
- Have the ability to go deep on understanding the product; detailed understanding is valued, though developer experience is not required
Responsibilities
- Qualify and process inbound interest from people who contact us directly for a demo or via other channels
- Manage an existing book of business of engaged, high-paying ($20k+/yr) customers with huge expansion potential
- Own customer feedback and ensure it gets to the wider PostHog team
- Be hyper-responsive and act as an extension of a customerβs existing team
- Become an expert on all PostHog products to help customers see the value and adopt them
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience working with similar technologies, such as developer tools, product analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines
- Have owned several customers in the several $20k-100k+ ARR range previously
