  • Proficiency in front-end web development with technologies like React.js , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Basic knowledge of reactive JS code and mobile app setup
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical solutions
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and other stakeholders
  • Keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process for large accounts with high customization needs
  • Work with clients to align on their app vision, offering tailored solutions, and expert guidance on Tapcart’s platform capabilities and customization options
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify and define custom features and functionalities
  • Ensure the mobile app setup aligns with client branding and functionality specifications, as well as Tapcart’s best practices
  • Support technical customizations by understanding and advising on basic reactive JS code to meet client-specific requirements
  • Consult on React.js components and functionalities to enhance the user experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process
  • Collaborate with Tapcart’s engineering team to ensure seamless integration and customization of the platform
  • Provide training and support to clients on using customized features and functionalities
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery of customized mobile apps
