Summary
Join Nextech as a Technical Integration Specialist β Data Services and provide advanced technical services and support for customers and 3rd party vendors using Nextech Data Services products. This externally facing role involves directly working with customers and vendors to provide education, technical support, and troubleshooting. You will partner with the Tier 3 product team and collaborate with Support, Implementation, and Product Development teams. The primary goal is to resolve customer and 3rd party data service queries and issues within the SLA. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting/developing SaaS B2B APIs and Data technologies
- Strong experience with database queries and data management
- Strong knowledge of SQL tools, especially Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Management Studio
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Self-motivated and a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and personal accountability
- Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated problem solving with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong application knowledge, understanding how solution functionality works within the context of a technical environment
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, success-driven team environment
- Good project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Creativity, motivation, and a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development
- A customer-centric approach to problems
Responsibilities
- Perform technical research of customer issues, especially by analyzing data and understanding the associated functionality, and provide context and direction to development teams
- Work with customers and integrated 3rd party vendors to resolve Data Services issues
- Contribute to, and maintain, a knowledgebase of Data Services FAQs
- Support customers and 3rd party vendors on usage and best practices of our Data Mart
- Support customers with the usage and best practices of our Advanced Analytics products
- Resolve configuration-based defects and other defects not requiring development
- Bridge technical communication between escalated customers and product development teams
- Act as a technical liaison between Implementation, Development, and Product Management to help identify and resolve high impact issues
- Develop and maintain an expert level of proficiency in all technical facets of our Data Services solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or certification in a technical field related to software engineering
- Prior experience with healthcare operations or IT experience is a plus
- Certification in data management technologies or related technologies
- Experience working with data analytics tools, such Domo
