Summary

This is a customer support role in a 24x6 team covering various channels including forum, Telegram group, and Discord. The employee will provide technical support, deliver stellar customer experience, understand customer needs, seek product feedback, build relationships with stakeholders, and work in a fast-changing environment. The candidate must be in the EU time zone, have excellent English skills, at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, a technical degree, strong analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, good communication skills, interest in blockchain and crypto technologies, and experience with blockchain/web3.

• Min 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Technical degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Interest in blockchain and crypto technologies
• Experience with blockchain/web3 is a must

• Provide hands on technical support

• Understand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals
• Seek product feedback and track usage/performance, driving our product roadmap
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Partner with internal teams to drive long term solutions / product development decisions
