As the go-to expert on the technical value proposition and competitive landscape, you will shape how the platform is positioned for technical buyers and decision-makers. You will also drive Ada's competitive intelligence function to maintain its position as a leading AI customer service platform. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, requiring strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with developers and decision-makers. You will translate product features into compelling value propositions, create engaging demos, and develop a robust competitive intelligence program. The role also involves building and maintaining battlecards and delivering actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategies and executive decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, technical marketing, developer advocate, product evangelist, or sales engineering within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong technical acumen: comfortable interpreting technical documentation, demo products, and extract technical differentiators to identify opportunities for Ada
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling competitive intelligence programs and resources that influence enterprise GTM strategies
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights
- Collaborative, curious, and self-drivenβable to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead technical positioning and messaging for Adaβs platform emphasizing product differentiators to technical audiences and executive buyers
- Translate product features into compelling, customer-centric value propositions
- Create compelling demos that highlight product capabilities and use cases for various industry verticals
- Develop and manage a robust competitive intelligence program, including tracking industry trends, monitoring competitor activities, and analyzing market dynamics
- Deliver quarterly competitive landscape reports with actionable insights
- Create and continuously update competitive battlecards, positioning guides, and objection-handling resources, ensuring 80%+ adoption rate among sales teams and regular updates every quarter
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, and executive decision-making
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing teams to embed competitive insights into campaigns, messaging, and product strategies
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, automation, and customer experience technologies to position Ada as an innovative leader
- Publish 4 (one per quarter) thought leadership reports annually
