Summary

Join RevOpsforce as a Fractional Technical Project Manager and oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of diverse projects. Leveraging your PMP certification and experience in B2B SaaS environments, you will manage technical projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. This fractional role initially requires 15-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, along with experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and project management platforms like Wrike. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Requirements

  • PMP certification is required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience managing software projects
  • Proven experience in managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience using project management platforms, including Wrike and other similar tools
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage project resources effectively

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end technical project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure they are aligned with business objectives
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure they are clearly communicated to the project team and stakeholders
  • Create and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Ensure that project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests, are up-to-date and accurate
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project retrospectives
  • Ensure that project delivery adheres to best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment and provide mentorship and guidance to team members as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with clients in Private Equity and/or Fintech a plus
