Requirements
- An exceptional track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing top engineering talent
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with at least 2 years in-house preferred
- Highly motivated with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
Responsibilities
- Recruit top talent
- Partner closely with AeroVect's founders and engineering leaders to collaborate on hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
- Develop and deploy innovative recruiting techniques and processes to secure interest from prospective candidates (e.g. events, marketing, etc.)
- Perform administrative duties necessary to support an active and intensive full-cycle recruiting process (e.g. scheduling calls and interviews, providing background information and materials, etc.)
