Summary

AeroVect is seeking a driven and experienced full-cycle recruiter to help build a world-class team of autonomous driving and robotics engineers. The Technical Recruiter will recruit top talent, partner with leadership, manage the entire candidate process, and focus on autonomous driving engineering roles.

Requirements

  • An exceptional track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing top engineering talent
  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with at least 2 years in-house preferred
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS

Responsibilities

  • Recruit top talent for AeroVect
  • Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders and engineering leaders to collaborate on hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies
  • Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
  • Develop and deploy innovative recruiting techniques and processes to secure interest from prospective candidates
  • Perform administrative duties necessary to support an active and intensive full-cycle recruiting process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience in robotics, industrial automation, autonomous vehicles
  • Prior in-house recruiting experience
