Summary

Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with demonstrated track record of delivering on hiring goals across Engineering, Product, Data, Design, and Marketing
- In-house recruiting experience with a start-up is required
- You have deep expertise with a variety of sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems. Experience with Ashby is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- You can operate with a sense of urgency and with flexibility of schedule as needed

Responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, recruiting coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
- Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with TA Manager
- Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts and other creative channels to support hiring goals
- Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process
- Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team
Benefits
