Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with demonstrated track record of delivering on hiring goals across Engineering, Product, Data, Design, and Marketing
  • In-house recruiting experience with a start-up is required
  • You have deep expertise with a variety of sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems. Experience with Ashby is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • You can operate with a sense of urgency and with flexibility of schedule as needed
  • You’re passionate about our mission and users

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, recruiting coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
  • Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with TA Manager
  • Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts and other creative channels to support hiring goals
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process
  • Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team

Benefits

The anticipated fee for this position is $50 - $58 per hour
