Summary

Join Flashbots, a research and development organization mitigating risks in the crypto space, as a Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract. Partner with hiring managers, source exceptional candidates in blockchain and crypto, and drive the full-cycle recruitment process. You will act as a talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on market trends and best practices. Coordinate logistics, including scheduling interviews and managing communications. Exceptional performance could lead to a full-time opportunity. The role requires 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in crypto or high-growth startups, along with strong communication and adaptability skills. A crypto-curious mindset and proficiency with ATS platforms are essential.

Requirements

  • Experience: +5 years of technical recruiting, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or high-growth startups with an understanding of the relevant players
  • Creativity in sourcing: Ability to find and engage with talent beyond traditional platforms
  • Strong communication skills: Comfort with articulating technical roles and our mission to a wide range of candidates
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining a high level of organization
  • Crypto-curious: You don’t need to be a blockchain expert, but an interest in decentralized systems and a willingness to learn is a must
  • Collaboration: Experience working closely with hiring managers and technical teams to define roles and attract talent
  • Tools of the trade: Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools

Responsibilities

  • Source creatively using unconventional and innovative methods to connect with exceptional candidates in the blockchain and crypto space
  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: identify, engage, and close candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • Act as a talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on market trends, talent pipelines, and best practices
  • Coordinate the logistics of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring comprehensive data
