Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing and executing candidate generation strategies with high quality technology & professional services candidates
- Demonstrated technical sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally within a professional services firm
- Experience with cold outreach, networking and internet research techniques
- Versed in Boolean logic, name generation, applicant tracking systems, etc
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
- Excellent communication and client service management and relationship building skills
Responsibilities
- Primarily source and recruit for our growing Technology & Experience practice while also supporting other functional, industry, or internal Shared Services roles based on hiring demands
- Partner closely with our leaders and their teams to hire top talent by staying aligned on business priorities based on demand for skills, utilization of existing team, unplanned attrition, etc
- Accountability for partnering with your colleagues across the Talent Acquisition team along with the business to enhance our ability to rapidly target, identify, source, and hire top talent
- Partner with your internal stakeholders to develop search strategies, create position profiles, and build target sourcing lists
- Engage with passive candidates through name generation, networking, cold outreach complex internet searches and research
- Source active candidates from all available sourcing and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn, our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and our CRM (Gem)
- Partner with our Recruitment Operations team to demo new tools, source creatively, and engage with the market in new ways
- Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and other technology platforms to maintain and present reports which include talent insights for all sourcing and recruitment activity
- Review and screen applicants, share detailed recommendation with Hiring Managers, and arrange follow-up interviews as necessary
- Proactively develop, grow and maintain a network of external prospects that may become, or lead to, potential candidates for future searches
- Effectively manage the candidate process including assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Interact with and build successful partnerships with hiring managers
- Act as part of a team driving forward new strategies in the areas of Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, Diversity & Inclusion, Technology Platforms, and/or Reporting & Talent Insights
- Represent West Monroe in the local market to increase brand awareness in key talent pools
