Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored recruiting strategies
• Identify and prioritize recruiting sources and networks
• Work with colleagues to develop job descriptions and specifications
• Source and attract highly qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and employ tools and methods to assess applicants' skills, experience and aptitudes
• Represent SCM at recruiting events and functions

Benefits

• The base pay for this position is anticipated to be between $75,000 and $225,000 per year
• This position is eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a bonus, health and dental plans and 401(k) contributions
