Summary

As a Technical Recruiter at webAI, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top engineering talent across a wide range of technical disciplines. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the tech or AI industry
  • Strong understanding of various technical toolkits and engineering roles, including software development, data science, machine learning, and more
  • Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a track record of successfully hiring top technical talent
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (experience with Greenhouse is a plus)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, identifying, and hiring top engineering talent across a wide range of technical disciplines
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the company and the specific technical roles
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, team leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities
