Technical Solutions Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Technical Solutions Lead at StackAdapt, a remote-first company based in the UK. The role involves leading the Solutions team, advising and coaching team members, identifying technical issues, taking ownership of escalations, participating in recruitment, conducting performance reviews, and working with clients to solve their technical issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in technical support, product support, and/or software engineering capacity
• Prior experience managing a small team
• Basic to intermediate knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising
• At least 4 years of experience with Javascript

Responsibilities

• Advise, coach, and support our Technical Solutions Specialist team members to develop their capabilities and complete their individual growth goals
• Identify root causes of technical issues and address potentially complex technical problems/questions and querying databases and monitoring systems, including SQL and/or Elasticsearch
• Take ownership of escalations and highly technical problem solving
• Participate in the recruitment process to hire new team members
• Conduct performance reviews for people on your team
• Work with clients to help solve their technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and CMS systems (Wordpress, Shopify, Hubspot) are a strong plus
