Summary

You will create user-friendly documentation for our innovative blockchain tools and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency. Develop and implement a documentation strategy for various stakeholders. Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical writing in blockchain industry
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including concepts such as smart contracts, wallets, and nodes
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with documentation tools, such as Gitbook, MadCap Flare, Paligo, Confluence
- Familiarity with visual design principles and the ability to create visual aids
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to create high-quality documentation
- Bachelorβs degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Research and create comprehensive user guide documents for the Supra blockchain on new products, features, and APIs including setup guides, tutorials, user education documents and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Researchers, Developers, Product Managers, and Designers to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop and maintain a consistent tone, style, and branding across all documentation
- Create visual aids, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and screenshots to enhance documentation and organize them to make them easily discoverable and accessible
- Perform periodical content performance analysis and reviews, and curate content to ensure it remains relevant and accurate
- Engage with varying communities on technical subjects including X, Telegram, Discord, and other publishing mediums
- Develop and implement a documentation strategy that meets the needs of various stakeholders, including developers, users, and partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Move VM, EVM, L1, Nodes, Execution, Storage, Consensus, and Linux
- Candidates with certifications in technical writing, such as Certified Technical Writer (CTW) or Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC) will be given priority
