As a key member of our team, you will work with internal teams to understand our product and create high-quality documentation. If you have experience in technical writing, knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem, and excellent organizational skills, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem is a great advantage
• Familiarity with the SDLC and software development
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Previous exposure to highly technical teams as well as business/client stakeholders
• Ability and interest in building a product knowledge base
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Great organizational skills and ability to follow multiple threads at the same time
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
• Manage and improve our current documentation repository while keeping all the documentation up to date
• Produce high-quality documentation (e.g. user manuals, guides, FAQ pages, tutorials/ step-by-step instructions) with a focus on both technical and business flows
• Collaborate with development and product teams to align on the documentation approach
• Write and publish release articles to announce software updates, product launches, and other significant developments
• Occasionally define English copy for platform components, functionalities, tools, and descriptions to maximize user experience and usability
