Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or training
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Process and result-oriented mindset
- Highly conscientious (organized, analytical, βcan doβ attitude)
- High attention to detail and focus on quality
- Proficiency in Windows, Google Apps, MS Office, and other office software
Responsibilities
- Coordinating a small team of contracted trainers and recruiters
- Responsible for all aspects of the training for the OpenData Research Center department
- Identify training needs by evaluating data steward performance
- Build a Data Steward training program and prepare teaching plans
- Develop or oversee the production of instructional/training materials
- Deliver training courses
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
- Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment for the OpenData Data Stewardship team
- Working with the Research center Manager to identify and define staffing needs
- Design an end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to screening qualified talents
- Administering hiring platforms and contracts
- Coordinating the innovations and process improvements of the Veeva OpenData Research Center department
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
- Local Health Care market understanding
- Previous experience or interest in data, databases
