Requirements

• Higher education
• Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans and methodology
• Skilled in preparing instructional aids and plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Master in organizing and coordinating, excellent time planning skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and/or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
• Deliver group and individual instruction and training in a specified field
• Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs
• Develop a new onboarding system and provide training and guidance to newly hired employees
• Research new teaching methods
• Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the training program, monitor the progress and track performance against targets
• Collaborate in the creation of a shared corporate culture of continuous improvement
