Summary

The job is for a Sales Manager with 3+ years of experience in life science SaaS sales who can manage the entire sales process, meet or exceed sales targets, and expand the customer base. The candidate should have exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of meeting challenging sales goals.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in life science SaaS sales
• A proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing challenging sales goals
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders
• A proactive and self-starting attitude
• An academic degree in life sciences is highly desirable
• Native proficiency in English is mandatory. Fluency in additional languages is beneficial
• Bachelor degree at minimum, advanced degree preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer time zone needs is crucial

Responsibilities

• Rapidly deliver results and outcomes
• Spearhead prospecting and demand generation across diverse customer segments
• Successfully drive customers to closure, adeptly navigating organizational intricacies
• Refine the sales collateral and process
• Offer valuable customer and market insights to shape future products, solutions, and strategy
• Expand the customer base by leveraging personal networks, pursuing leads from marketing campaigns, participating in product showcases, and capitalizing on referrals from existing customers
• Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives
• Represent the company at trade and vendor events as required
• Enhance overall satisfaction within designated customer accounts
• Achieve retention targets through effective account management
• Seize business opportunities within each account, turning challenges into sales prospects

Preferred Qualifications

Prior exposure to ELN & LIMS is a plus
