Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in life science SaaS sales
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing challenging sales goals
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A proactive and self-starting attitude
- An academic degree in life sciences is highly desirable
- Native proficiency in English is mandatory. Fluency in additional languages is beneficial
- Bachelor degree at minimum, advanced degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer time zone needs is crucial
Responsibilities
- Rapidly deliver results and outcomes
- Spearhead prospecting and demand generation across diverse customer segments
- Successfully drive customers to closure, adeptly navigating organizational intricacies
- Refine the sales collateral and process
- Offer valuable customer and market insights to shape future products, solutions, and strategy
- Expand the customer base by leveraging personal networks, pursuing leads from marketing campaigns, participating in product showcases, and capitalizing on referrals from existing customers
- Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives
- Represent the company at trade and vendor events as required
- Enhance overall satisfaction within designated customer accounts
- Achieve retention targets through effective account management
- Seize business opportunities within each account, turning challenges into sales prospects
Preferred Qualifications
Prior exposure to ELN & LIMS is a plus
